Accomplishments for the week ending September 28st, 2019

1. 1. Completed the final version of the project charter
   2. Completed the final version of WBS
   3. Complete the first draft of the schedule, communications plan, and stakeholder registers 
   4. Created the website and claimed team’s online domain

Goals for the week ending October 6th, 2019

1. 1. Complete the final version of schedule, communications plan, and stakeholder registers. Meet with professors to receive feedback for these documentations
   2. Complete the first draft of the RACI chart and change management plan.
   3. Choose a template for the project website
   4. Develop website for final deliverable
   5. Research available PM tools
