Student Classroom Evaluator
-Schedules meetings with Professors to discuss the objectives of their course and the overall class performance.
– Creates surveys centered around the concerns of the Professor and the students.
– Conducts Classroom Observations by sitting through a full lecture to observe the teaching style of the Professor and the responsiveness of the students.
– Conducts anonymous and confidential focus groups with the students towards the end of the class in the absence of the Professor.
– Emails survey links to the class and reminds them as the deadline approaches.
– Closes the survey on the day of the deadline and extracts the raw data in a csv file format.-Formats and cleans the raw data in excel.
– Analyzes both quantitative and qualitative data from Qualtrics surveys.
-Visualizes the data in Microsoft Excel and reports the insights to Professors in a Power Point Presentation.
-I learned how to utilize Microsoft Excel as a Data Visualization tool to draw meaningful insights from data. The tasks I performed this semester is related to Data Visualization and the Extract , Transform and Load Process(ETL) I studied in MIS 2502 :Data Analytics.
