Operations Management Internship at Philadelphia VIP Fall 2016
Philadelphia VIP is a legal services firm operating in Center City, providing Pro Bono services to low income residents of the city. I was under the operations management team and helped flesh many analytical projects as well as daily operational tasks. Daily I was in charge of case processing/management for new clients as well as existing. I also did all intakes, paper and e-transfers into their database, Legal Server and helped move chunks of their old website and consolidated them in preparation for the new website’s launch. I also accompanied the head data analyst in report completion for bi weekly progress meetings and other related statistical reports for performance improvement and trend analysis.
