All of the class captures for the interviews have been added to the Project tab of the course site.  Please feel free to go back and review the captures to add detail to your notes from each of the stakeholders.

In general, you all did a good job interviewing Joe Allegra.  Your questions gave Joe the opportunity to talk at length about what is important to him as the Associate Director.  I suggest you take the time to review the link to the recording while building your scope document and make sure you listen carefully for opportunities, constraints and objectives.

Here are examples of important information he mentioned in the interview.  What are they and how can you use them?

• Looking to double accepted/deposited students from current class
• Looking for ways to make life easier, constrained by time and resources
• Be able to easily collect info
• Work within wordpress (?)
• Current limitations of the packages in use

There were a couple of teams that asked the same questions – like where do you see yourself in 5 years or what are your 5 year goals – one thing that is important is if you are rephrasing or following up on a question that was previously asked, you should acknowledge it, just to keep the trust…

You did well on the follow up questions, on data,on social, on automation – all important parts to some of the projects.

For the future interviews, be sure to have plenty of questions prepared, use the followup and take it easy on the leading questions.
