Assignment 1 – Excel Skills

  • I expect that you already have a LinkedIn account, you’ll need it for this assignment.  ( And, I know that you have one because you took HRM 1101 Leadership and Organizational Management. )
  • Next, sign in to https://linkedinlearning.temple.edu 
  • Take this course: Learning Excel Desktop (Microsoft 365) share out your credential under your LinkedIn profile, and take a screenshot of it.  
  • Take this course: Excel Quick Tips share out your credential under your LinkedIn profile, and take a screenshot of it.  
  • Upload both screenshots to the corresponding assignment out on Canvas.
  • Due Monday 9/15/2025

Assignment 2 – Prompting Literacy

  • Sign in to https://linkedinlearning.temple.edu 
  • Take this course: Prompt Engineering with ChatGPT with Ronnie Sheer.
  • Share out your credential under your LinkedIn profile, and take a screenshot of it.  
  • Upload your screenshot to the corresponding assignment out on Canvas.

Assignment 3 – Python / Anaconda Literacy

Assignment 4 – LLM Hallucinations

  • Sign in to ChatGPT and either:
    • trick it into making a false statement … Or …
    • catch it making a false statement
  • Students should turn in two elements.
    1. A screenshot that gives evidence that ChatGPT made a false statement.
    2. A word document that describes either what they did to force the false statement and/or why they think it happened.  Give attention to the Input Context of your chat session and how that was important in creating the hallucination.  Explain why your example is interesting and/or fun. (This should only be a paragraph or two.)
  • Students are expected to create an *original* example, and provide thoughtful statement in their word document.  
  • Due 10/8 (See the assignment on canvas for the assignment rubric)
