Jan Yeomans is a retired corporate executive who spent nearly 30 years at 3M Company in St. Paul, Minnesota. For most of that time, she served as Vice President and Treasurer. In that capacity, risk management was a predominant theme as her responsibilities included optimizing capital structure, funding global operations, liquidity management, global insurance and business continuity, and investment of employee benefit assets.
Ms. Yeomans reported regularly to the Finance and Audit Committees of the 3M Board.
She currently serves an in independent director of the Delaware Investments Family of Funds and of Okabena Company, both SEC registered investment companies. In connection with these directorships, she has served as chair of audit, investment, governance and compensation committees.
