Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • I kick things off by greeting and engaging customers warmly. I love helping them find the perfect T-Mobile product or service to fit their needs.
    • Demonstrations are my thing! I enjoy showcasing the features and benefits of our products and making sure customers leave with the right solution.
  2. Sales:
    • Hitting and exceeding sales targets? That’s my goal. I actively promote T-Mobile offerings, using my sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
    • Transactions? I handle those with precision, making sure everything goes smoothly.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Staying on top of T-Mobile’s latest products and services is key. I pride myself on being the go-to person for product information, and I’m always ready to share the latest and greatest with our customers.
  4. Customer Support:
    • Beyond the sale, I provide excellent customer support. From troubleshooting devices to answering account questions, I’m there to help.
    • If any concerns arise, I address them promptly and escalate when needed to ensure our customers are happy.
  5. Store Maintenance:
    • Keeping our space clean and organized is part of the deal. I take care of restocking inventory and making sure promotional materials are up-to-date.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Teamwork makes the dream work! I collaborate with my colleagues to achieve store objectives and make sure we’re all on the same page.
    • Training sessions? Count me in. I’m always looking to enhance my product knowledge and sales skills.
