I have always been in love with travelling and learning. I will devour any book handed to me and then immediately try to go out into the world and apply what I have learned from it. I find it very rewarding to use knowledge that I have gone out of my way to learn on my own. In fact, I spend most of free time reading.
I believe that the way for me to live a full, happy life is to be as educated and well-rounded as possible. I also believe that the best way to become well-rounded is to travel and experience different cultures. These interests have fostered into another one over time: the environment. Without a healthy environment, there are no healthy communities. Along with that, I think that the solution to the environment’s needs may lie in artificial intelligence and technology. Improved artificial intelligence capabilities will eventually remove the need for many old-fashioned, environment-killing methods. The field of artificial intelligence intrigues me and I would love to learn more about it and help move the future towards a cleaner, happier Earth.
Staying active and fit is also very important to me because my mind works better when my body is feeling healthy and strong. When I feel stuck on a problem, I will take a break and exercise. This usually helps my mind relax and approach the problem from a different angle. Often times, I will think of the solution while in the middle of exercising.
