Interests and Co-curricular Activities
As a college student I live a very busy life. I find myself studying and completing assignments the majority of the time I am not in class. However, when free time presents itself I make sure to take advantage of it. All my life I have been fascinated by music and all it encompasses including: the physiological effects it has on people, the precision and structure of the writing process, and the rush of performing. When I am not working on new guitar compositions or researching music technologies online, I am performing at local and national venues. The thrill of putting on a perfectly executed performance after countless hours of practice has no bounds. It takes dedication, motivation and heart.
When I am not in class, studying, or playing music, I am studying for an Actuarial Exam. These exams take hundreds of hours of study time and months of preparation. I have successfully passed my first two exams, Exam P/1 (Probability) and Exam FM/2 (Financial Mathematics), and plan to sit for my third, Exam MLC (Models for Life Contingencies), this upcoming April.
