Introduction to Conversational AI
In the course on conversational AI, taught by Ian Barkin, I learned about the rapid growth of AI in both consumer and enterprise settings, with a focus on conversational AI. This type of AI is an important part of technologies aimed at automating and improving operations, customer support, sales, and interactions with enterprise technologies. I learned the different types of conversational AI tools and their benefits, using examples from real businesses to show how this technology is being used effectively. I learned about the latest conversational AI channels and platforms and how AI chatbots are applied in real-world scenarios. By the end of this course, I understood how to develop better AI strategies for teams, equipping me with valuable skills in the field of conversational AI.
