Coaching New Managers
I learned how to deal with new managers that I would hire within my business. I learned how to be positive in all cases and understand that managers are people too, and they make mistakes along the way. This relates to my career goals because after College, I would like to open a business within the IT industry and this video directly teaches me how to work with managers within my organization.
