At the Fox School of Business Fall Connection Career Fair, I realized how crucial it is to be fully prepared and present myself professionally. I learned that researching companies ahead of time, refining my pitch, and having plenty of resumes ready to hand out can make a big difference. The importance of dressing formally and making a great first impression really stood out, too. Talking with employers gave me a better sense of what they’re looking for in candidates and helped me understand which opportunities might be the best fit for my skills and goals.
