I attended Wyoming Seminary as an International Student for my junior year and senior year of high school. While taking rigorous honors courses and participating in scholastic student organizations and clubs, I excelled academically by graduating with Dean’s List Honors. Some of my favorite courses were Physics Honors, Chemistry Honors, Art History and Public Speaking. I was also involved in organizations like IT Club, Photography Club, Speech and Debate Club, Science Research Group, and the Math and Science Peer Tutoring department. My Experience at SEM away from my family and my country rigorously prepared me to strive for higher education. During my time at SEM, I bonded with the faculty and peers from all over the world and explored their cultures and traditions.

FOX school of Business, Temple University
I am currently enrolled as a dual major in Management Information Systems and Finance as a Freshmen at FOX school of Business at Temple University. My expected graduation date is May 2019. I was initially an Undeclared Major at Temple and was thinking about declaring MIS. After analyzing my enthusiasm and devotion towards data and analytics, both my MIS professor and the Associate Director of the MIS program at Temple recruited me and helped me decide that MIS is the perfect fit for me. I am involved in different student organizations like Residential Hall Association, South Asian Student Society (community service based) and International Student Association. I also enjoy organizing events for my fellow residents as Vice-President of Community Council at Beech International Village (Student Residence Hall). While participating in these student organizations, I also have a good academic standing within Dean’s list category.
