Learning Design Thinking
Before completing this course, I only had a basic understanding of Design Thinking principles. The instructor helped me to build and expand my understanding of this important topic by diving into specific aspects of creation for consumers. I was taught that in order to create a meaningful output, you need to look at your target audience through many different lenses. Identifying user needs is equally as important as actually understanding those needs from their perspective. You should also be able to see your failures as opportunities, it’s an essential part of the development process.
