Getting started with ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS)
I recently began my journey towards becoming an ITIL® 4 Specialist in Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS). The activity I undertook was a virtual workshop hosted by the ITIL® Institute. It spanned over two days, providing comprehensive insights into service management practices. Throughout the workshop, I learned about service value systems, service design and delivery, and various supporting practices crucial in today’s IT industry. This activity aligns perfectly with my coursework and career aspirations in IT service management, as it equips me with the latest knowledge and skills required to excel in this field.
