Master Schedule

Today, I attended a Coffee Chat with Jessica Rahkman and Abbey Herrington, and they recommended that we block our time to help us focus on goals. I’ve always wanted to do this so today I decided to actually take the time to do it.

I am very proud of how I have blocked my time, and I feel like I have so much more time now that I have allocated time for specific things. I am very excited for how this will help me in the future and help with my mental health.
