Manager Summers 2016-2019
· During my last few years at Willow Glenn I managed a staff of 10+ employees every Sunday. This became a great learning experience for me, I had to use many skills I learned at Temple University to properly manage the people below me.
Fry Cook Summers 2013-2016
· During my first few summers at the flea market I started as a fry cook. Monitoring all fry cook orders, to insure every order was completed. With hard work and dedication I eventually was promoted to manager.
KONOPELSKI CATERING, Reading, PA Summers 2017, 2018, 2019
Cook Summer 2019
· Finally I made it, my last summer at the catering company I was positioned as cook. Creating food for large venues with an attendance of 300+ people. Showing that with hard work I could make it to the top.
Server Summer 2018
· The following summer I was promoted to server, I served 300+ guests at a variety of venues. As well as setting up and Organizing serving tables with 10+ food stations. But my love for food kept pushing me forward to work hard and become a cook.
Dish Washer Summer 2017
· I began as a dish washer at Konopelski Catering Cleaning 300+ dishes and equipment each day. This gave me the motivation I needed to strive for a better position.
