The Six Morning Habits of High Performers

This was something that was really interesting because the title really drew me in. This is something that can be implemented for everyone regardless of whether you are a college student, business major or not. This is something that not only works on developing your physical health with the small exercises that they implement but also work on developing your mental health by doing things like meditation. The steps were:

  1. Set intention for meditation
  2. Be silent and let the thoughts flow
  3. Make truthful affirmations
  4. Use visualization to motivate yourself
  5. Boost your energy with morning exercises
  6. Read a few pages of a book each day
