Spring 2020 Connection
The Spring Connection was a great experience for me. It allowed me to get practice talking to recruiters from many different companies. There were more than 100 employers and I went table to table talking to them discussing what they were looking for and what I was looking for. At first, I was a bit nervous as this was my first time doing something like this, but I got the hang of it after the first few tables. I learned how recruiting works and what I should expect when talking to employers who are looking to hire. I am very grateful for this opportunity because it allowed me to gain some experience. This career fair was a great step in the right direction for my goals of getting a job as a management information systems major. I hope to hear back from employees in the hope of a job or internship. This Spring Connection 2020 was held in Howard Gittis Student Center South on February 10th.
