Building Resilience
I discovered the importance of resilience in overcoming challenges and performing well under pressure. Tatiana Kolovou, a professor and professional communications coach from the Kelley School of Business, provided practical guidance on increasing our “resiliency threshold.” She outlined five training techniques to prepare for difficult situations and five strategies for reflecting on them afterward. By understanding our current level of resilience, identifying our desired level, and applying these strategies, we can effectively build our resilience and become better equipped to handle adversity.
