Corporate Intern – NYL – GMAD
I was an intern in New York Life’s Corporate Internship program where I was placed in GMAD’s Security Operations department. My responsibilities as an intern were two-fold. My first responsibility I helped provide first level tech support to the entire division of GMAD. My second responsibility was to take on multiple different projects. In these projects I built a security assessment tracker in SharePoint, built reports in ServiceNow, and verified certificates and DNS changes.
This internship provided me context in security operations at a large corporate company. I utilized what I learned from my classes in UX Design, Data Analytics, and AWS to navigate my projects and deliver results that will help the GMAD Security Operations Team in the future.
