Now, a little bit about me – bubbly, caring, loyal, and self-motivated are a few words that people often use to describe me. I am passionate about a number of things, but a select few of my favorite hobbies are cooking, painting, and doing yoga. I find so much creativity in cooking and painting, and yoga helps me to maintain a peaceful, healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy meeting new people, as well as learning from fresh perspectives. This is also why I absolutely LOVE to travel. Since I was a kid, I dreamed of traveling the world and learning as much as I can about it. Another interest of mine that stemmed from my love of traveling is to learn many languages. In the future, my goal is to expand my Spanish as well as learn French and Italian.
Another way to get to know someone is to learn about his or her values. My personal core values are honesty, spending my time wisely, and surrounding myself with positive influences. Honesty has always been important to me, but lately I have especially been thinking about how I want to spend my time and who I want to surround myself with; this reminds me of the quote “if you are the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.” Like I said earlier, learning from people with new perspectives is one of the best ways to grow as a person.
