I really liked this LinkedIn Learning because I learned about our brains and how they tend to focus on problems rather than solutions; this course emphasized how to train your brain to focus on solutions and overall develop a stronger mind. This relates to my future career because I think it is important to learn how to regulate your emotions in the workplace and push yourself to become the best version that you can be.
