Email writing is an incredibly crucial skill in the business world and this course gave me important insights on topics like tone, grammar and timing. How you end up interacting with people even though email truly has an impact on your personal brand, and being able to successfully communicate with your pears is a necessary skill that this course has helped me enhance.
