This semester I am taking on the role as a Digital Marketing & SEO intern at Better Mrkt. During this internship, I am developing keyword lists and strategies to increase rankings, traffic, and lead to better conversions. I help out with eCommerce by using analytical tools to inform strategy and optimize pages/campaign. I have conducted UX tests resulting in navigational improvements online and increased traffic. A key role in my job is collaborating with social media and copyright interns as well to optimize all social media channels. Together we determine the ROI of campaigns and increasing engagement across channels.
Director of Events for Association for Information Systems, Fox School of Business

I was selected as the Director of Events for the 2020 – 2021 school year. I lead and budget multiple social/community service events. I also Conduct large scale events for members to network for AIS, which serves to provide professional and technical development to our 200+ members. I manage the relationship with local businesses and prominent community members

Summer 2020
Over Summer 2020 I helped out IBIT in Covid-19 Business Relief Project. I consulted and helped local businesses, Language to Literacy, redesign their website presence to improve sales and customer turnover rate. I implemented and created a social media/SEO strategy to increase online engagement. I also utilized different digital tools and resources like WordPress to implement website changes and enhancements.
Temple University Campus Recreation Gym Supervisor
Marsh 2017 – Present
As a gym supervisor, I manage employees, point-of-sales, and the issuance of resources for three of Temple University’s independent facilities. I am responsible for thoroughly training new employees on facility tasks and procedures. I also have to communicate all the essential information to full-time staff regarding accidents, incidents, and finances within the facilities.
Head Lifeguard at ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center
Summer 2013 – Summer 2017
At ACAC I enforced water safety standards and departmental regulations across 4 pools in the facility with over 500 customers. As a head lifeguard, I remained vigilant and acted swiftly when making supervising the pools, making rescues, and rendering aid under difficult conditions. I also trained and managed 20 new employees in proper procedures and upholding ACAC’s values of teamwork, customer service, and engagement.
