  3. I decided to learn more about the ITSM tools available and what to keep in mind when choosing and implementing them. This set of videos helped me learn more about IT foundations.
  4. One of the things that I have learned is that ServiceNow, as opposed to the other tools, can import or export data from fields mapped to tool tables.
  5. This activity relates to my coursework because it helped me better prepare myself for class projects.
