Intern , North America Marketing Team
While working at SAP for the North America Marketing team I was responsible for keeping up with projects on both the US Marketing Team and the Canada Marketing Team. While working for these two teams, my projects were focused mostly on data analytics, being responsible for researching customers and organizing the contact info into a database and analyzing the info in order to better market SAP products to customers. I was also responsible for designing and helping to create a collaboration site for SAP accounts in which the customer company can work side by side with SAP and take full advantage of all of the solutions and knowledge that SAP has to offer. While working for the marketing teams. While at SAP I was also responsible for monitoring marketing campaigns and analyzing the results during the campaign to see how it could be tweaked to help the campaign perform better. Other projects included navigating databases to update information, mapping out contacts, and analyzing past customer information to see how it can be leveraged presently. I was fortunate enough to be given an extension on this internship to continue working part time throughout my senior year.

Intern, Global Sales Plays Team
While working at SAP for the Global Sales plays team I was given the opportunity to continue gaining real world experience from a different perpective within the company. During this internship I supported the Sales Team through the creation of industry and solution based assets, referred to as “Sales Plays,” for use in selling to SAP prospects and existing customers. While working on this team I was responsible for maintaining high usability and quality control for the sales plays and frequently met with sales representatives to ensure assets were relevant for their industries and collected feedback for improving the plays and the mobile application based on the Sales Plays. During my time in this department I created and delivered various impact reports to show how the sales plays generated pipeline and ultimately revenue by industry, by solution, and by customer.

Intern, Global Corporate Strategy Team
While working at SAP for the Corporate Strategy Team I was given the opportunity to gain a lot of business experience very early on and jumped right into my work. As an intern I performed market research to create a competitive intelligence database for market analysis and strategic go-to-market investments for the license software sales team. I was able to use both Microsoft and SAP tools for this database including BI On Demand(SAP), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint. I also researched and pitched a project management software program that was implemented into the Corporate Strategy team’s monthly management reporting. , and provided product comparisons on price, functionality, and ease of use, to come up with a recommendation that was cost effective, mobile, and provided full transparency and visibility into the status of the project portfolio. Finally, I also assisted in the compiling of a mobility growth factbook for use in executive presentations with the Executive Management Team.

While Working for McGlade and Son Landscaping, I worked as a crew member working various jobs including weeding, garden care, new lawn care, and other odd jobs. This was mostly a summer job from June to September and included snow plowing and shoveling of residential customers in the winter months.
