Working With Difficult People
There were several goals and key takeaways I gained from this course including the following:

- Develop Practical Communication Strategies: Gain tools to address a variety of challenging behaviors, including negativity, absence, competitiveness, and passive-aggressiveness.
- Navigate Difficult Conversations: Build confidence in having effective, respectful discussions with colleagues about their problematic behaviors.
- Improve Workplace Relationships: Apply new skills to enhance collaboration, reduce tension, and create a more positive team dynamic.
