Leading Strategically
The LinkedIn Learning course, Leading Strategically, is a Professional Skills course that walks you through on how you can be a better leader within an organization. It offered many helpful points towards assessing needs of a group or organization and how to implement different strategies to solve these needs. This course was helpful to me because I struggled being a leader in many of my group projects this semester and had a difficult time getting group members to do their share. Hopefully I can use some of the tactics learned in this course in the semesters to come.
