Data Analytics Intern – Supply Chain Management
In this role, I assisted my Team with data collection, data analysis, and digital analysis about new and existing warehouse process changes in Microsoft SQL Server. Also, I was responsible for reporting key measurements by creating data visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
I led the Warehouse Backlog Project. This project was created to better understand and minimize the backlog that was occurring in the warehouse. After performing complex queries in Microsoft SQL Server and data analyzation, I provided my Team with actionable insights regarding this issue. I was able to direct my Team’s attention to specific operations in the process changes that were contributing to the backlog.
I learned how to manage data through various tools like Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. I gained exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. I developed a greater understanding of Data Warehouse principles and best practices by working with my Team.
