Information Technology Assistant
I am an Information Technology Assistant for Data & Analytics (MIS 2502 – Professor Shin) and Digital Systems (MIS 2101 – Professor Minich).
In this role, I assisted students in using and understanding transactional databases from models based on both SQL and NoSQL and engaged students in discovering actionable insights from data using analytics software like R Studio. I also helped students understand the importance and role of information systems and digital platforms in business.
Additionally, I provided direct academic support to students and evaluated student work.
