Tessa Kaye

 The cyber threat analysis internship that I have had this year at AmerisourceBergen has been a very valuable experience. The company culture is extremely inviting and the company’s associates are not only talented, but humble. I have been given several opportunities during this time, including using cutting-edge threat intelligence software to investigate and analyze internal and external threats to the corporation. Furthermore, I have been able to share my ideas with senior leaders, who give excellent guidance and advocate for each member on the cyber security team. During this time I worked with my team to stand up a datalake. This project was valuable to me because it was my first project experience outside of school and I was able to learn about the concept of the datalake and how it can be used for security purposes. Furthermore, I have worked on some other projects, requiring me to learn the company’s change management process in order to properly submit and follow tickets associated with my changes. In addition to this, I created a training video and assignment for company users who violated the acceptable use of policy of the company.
