Given a data set on pharmaceutical sales from AmerisourceBergen, our group was tasked with determining the ability for small independent pharmacies to compete with large players like Walgreens and Rite Aid. Our team concluded that these small independent pharmacies could remain competitive with larger firms by focusing on optimizing their front-end sales.
After three interview sessions with the company Pound Cake, our group created an e-commerce prototype using the software, JustInMind, that would meet the needs of Pound Cake’s target market by displaying products that can be viewed or purchased. The prototype was presented along with a slide deck to the CEOs of the company.
Employee Theft – Risk Analysis
Employee theft is a crime that organizations need to be aware of. Our team was required to analyze the risk of employee crime through its description and suggest methods for loss control and financing.
