Fox IT Awards 2018
Every year, the Institute for Business and Information Technology holds the FOX IT Awards which honors different industry professionals, professors, and students for their success and leadership in the MIS Community. As a young student, events like these are interesting because it combines professors, classmates and potential bosses in one room where we all get to network and socialize. I was able to talk to older students and learn from them what it takes to make my journey through this program successful. This event is interesting to an MIS professional because it allows company representatives to talk to students and hear what they are learning in the classroom. It also allows these professionals to see what the Fox School of Business is doing to prepare its students for the workplace.
