I am currently employed by Temple University Computer Services as a Help Desk Consultant. Here, I provide technical support for Temple University’s students and staff. I handle upwards of 3- 6 clients per hour, handling an average of 2,800 incident tickets per year. Support is given either in person or over the phone.
