D365 Enterprise Delivery Consulting Intern
This past summer, I interned with RSM US LLP on their D365 Enterprise Delivery Consulting team. This team is within their Business Application Consulting practice within their consulting business line. This internship was located in Philadelphia, PA. During this internship, I was able to apply knowledge learned in the classroom during my time at Temple University. I utilized SQL to create codes for my client that would allow them to pull data from their past ERP system to then migrate this data into the D365 platform. I also used tools such as Excel to cleanse the data pulled from these systems. I also was able to do tasks such as presenting demos and asking questions to clients to help define their technology requirements, and would after share and describe these requirements to our developer teams. I ran tests for the system and recorded bugs and errors found in our DevOps platform. I was also lucky enough to travel twice during this internship to our client site in order to present demos in person and to take tours of their facilities and warehouses. This internship greatly improved my organizational and leadership skills, and I was able to learn a lot about how a business runs on the technology side and how different pieces of the business processes connect.
