Information Technology Assistant (ITA)
● Provide technical assistance to 30+ students and instructors during class sessions, including troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other data tools.
● Offer one-on-one or group assistance outside class hours to help students with assignments or projects.
● Work closely with the course instructor to align teaching objectives and deliverables.
