- I assisted faculty and students with technological issues such as trouble shooting, curated technological solutions for the client according to department guidelines, provided technological hardware (rental services) to make technology accessible to students within the campus
- Reset and troubleshoot 30 rental computers of the department in preparation towards the end of the semester
- Although it did not deal with data or programming, I applied the basic concepts of MIS2101 (how technology can be a great influence in the workplace) to my semester long job.
