Information Technology Assistant for two sections of MIS 0855
I provided hands-on assistance for professors during class. This included demonstrating functions in Tableau, Excel, and Piktochart. I also helped students troubleshoot technical problems while completing assignments and projects in class. Outside of class, I held office hours and one-on-one meetings to assist students further with the class and technical knowledge. I also graded quizzes and assignments and proctored an exam. This job allowed me to strengthen my knowledge in data science and skills in Tableau ad Excel by teaching other students. It also allowed me to become more involved in the MIS department.
