I assist the MIS Department staff with day-to-day operations, including special projects involving the database of current and former students. I researched and prepared over 100 alumni information on Excel to provide the Assistant Director with MIS career data. I help manage the MIS PRO Store, organizing products, developing descriptions and keeping records of inventory.
Information Technology Assistant, Digital Systems, January 2022 – May 2022
I was an Information Technology Assistant for Digital Systems (MIS 2101), the introductory course for Management Information Systems. Through this role, I worked with Professor Jung to guide 80 students on understanding systems architecture and resolve issues on assignments. I communicated with students by Outlook email, with availability for office hours by request. I also assisted students on using HTML, JavaScript and CSS to create simple programs.
