IT Assistant
Through my role as an IT Assistant, I assisted Professor Jung in supporting students through their understanding of topics including database frameworks, Salesforce, business structures and coding, in the introductory MIS course, MIS 2101. I attended in-person classes to guide students in creating simple programs using HTML and JavaScript, held office hours and answered assignment questions by email. This experience has allowed me to strengthen my knowledge on preliminary concepts for information systems while aiding students academically within the MIS Department.
