Title: End User Technology Lead
My responsible as an End User Technology Lead was to respond to hardware/software related break/fix incidents and service request through an internal ticketing system called BigWeb. In addition, I scheduled and fulfilled all PC deployments and upgrades, performed any software configurations or updates and managed mobile device deployments, legacy manufacturing equipment, thinclients and printers. I assisted with video conferencing needs, including meeting schedules and provided hands and feet service for network activities such as router, switches and battery backup replacements and upgrades.

S – Supporting a scheduled conference meeting is not always a simple task, eliminating any potential issues is always a benefit. When we first installed and configured our Tandberg edge 95 most of the users required some basic training on getting a video conference setup.
T – It was important to have a short deductive model of instructions for users to reference in the event of my absence. The remote for the unit seem to be setup for simplicity. However, came with many buttons and options to select.
A – Combining the quick reference picture for the remote with an easy to follow flow chart that listed steps on how to setup or join a video conference made it extremely easy for users to implement.
R – This simple and quick document I created on a one page printout, gave the administrator peace of mind knowing that even a novice user could follow, Her gratitude on my behalf was expressed up the latter, I then decided to make similar charts for other areas, like scan to email, and address look up for each Xerox printer.
