Temple University Student Collaboration Center works together with Information Technology Services department to support student service banners and ensure accurate information is updated up to date. I analyze and identify clients’ requests and determine the appropriate technology solutions needed to write SQL and PL/SQL queries through SQL Oracle Developer. Through this internship, I am also learning to maintain effective working relationships with peers and clients.
