I learned that my original method of going about the project was time consuming and redundant because I tried to pull information from a JSON file into a SQL database and then pull said information into the webpage when I was able to use an API to directly pull the JSON data I was referencing into the webpage.
6. This activity relates to coursework in both MIS 3535, Lead Global Digital Projects, since we focused on making milestones and creating roles for each team member to create a finished product before the deadline, and MIS 3502, Application Integration and Evaluation, since we used a combination of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and AJAX to develop the website and pull data to display on the page from a third party.
