    • Built dashboards for healthcare clinics to improve throughput using patient & staff location data
      • Conducted stakeholder and customer interviews to identify key needs

      • Created easy-to-use dashboards in Tableau to visualize metrics, including multiple filters, formulas, sheets and visualizations, and connections between multiple data sources

From my time at CenTrak, I gained first-hand experience of what it is like to work at an organization. Learning how to present information to team members and customers at a high-level overview so that they are able to understand the approach of my work. Knowing that I have less experience than my fellow team members, I was receptive to their constructive feedback, thus allowing me to improve my work. The experience I had will help me effectively work with my peers in Integrative Business Applications and in future MIS courses like Lead Global Projects. Overall my time spent at CenTrak was very rewarding and they offered me to continue doing paid work through the Spring semester.
