- Coding a visual check in Visual Studio to create a data table that communicated the number of wholesaler and producer products. When running the code in FAME, it prints out a table used to check for any errors regarding the information. The goal of this project was to use our system’s data to cross reference the sources’ data, ultimately confirming the data is correct.
- What you learned and how it relates to your major
- I’ve learned how to problem solve in a real-life work environment, outside of the classroom. There were times I knew exactly what to do, and times that were trial and error, essentially working through a project to come to a solution. This relates to my major, because in the MIS coursework problem-solving is essential. From coding to identifying cybersecurity risks, we must exercise different methods of problem-solving.
