Summer Internship

I received an internship offer from Dorma USA for this summer. Dorma is the trusted global partner for premium access solutions and services enabling better buildings. Dorma offers holistic solutions covering all facets of door operability. Dorma is located throughout the Americas and have locations in Europe, Singapore, Malaysia and China. I will be filling an IT service and delivery specialist position. I will be responsible for the management of, resolution, and escalation of trouble tickets and user issues; I will be assisting in developing, executing and maintaining the overall IT strategy of providing customer service; I will assist in managing hardware replenishments, distribution and maintenance; and lastly, I will help support all facets of the company functions.
