Personal Journal Entry (Oct. 3)

The one thing that we managed to do this week that worked was we found one day a week that everyone is always free to meet and talk about whatever me need to talk about. Another thing we tried is focusing on just one topic each meeting and that seems to work out pretty nice. Keeps things shorter and on track. Urgency in our BA’s still hasn’t increased how we wanted though, so we will have to continue to find ways to stimulate that.
