Personal Journal Entry

The team has been doing ok so far. There has been a lack of urgency on the BA’s parts and it has become a little frustrating. Myself and the other PM’s have been trying to get the point across that this class will be difficult and to not fall behind in their work, but apparently our approach is not working as well as we had hoped. We have to come up with a way to increase their urgency and figure out how we can meet together every week, considering everyone has conflicting schedules, to make sure that they stay on task and are productive. Our communication has been going well. We are using Group Me and emails to stay in touch and every one seems to be utilizing that pretty well.
