Thanks for looking at my eportfolio! I am originally from Folsom, PA and went to Cardinal O’Hara High School. I chose Management Information Systems as a major because I know that it is a growing field and I believe if I specialize in it I will be able to efficiently manage technology for businesses. I am passionate about technology and I want to be able to utilize it to make a difference in people’s lives.

I am an active member in Temple’s student professional organization for MIS, the Association for Information Systems. This organization provides many great opportunities for its members including: networking, technical development courses, and community service.

The past summer I worked as an intern at SEPTA in their IT department. This opportunity gave me the ability to see how IT can affect a company as a whole. I learned what it takes to keep everything operating smoothly and how to quickly fix problems that arise. This upcoming summer I will be interning at Grant Thornton in their Cyber Risk Advisory practice. I look forward to this opportunity and can not wait to see where it takes me in the future.
